Came across this establishment by chance and I'm so happy that we stopped. I needed to find a nail spa closer to my home when I'm unable to make it to my normal technician in PTC. The inside is very nice, bright and clean. The owner and technicians who serviced us were accommodating especially with me having my 2 daughters (7 and 3) with me. They made us feel at home and welcomed even when my girls begin to get restless waiting on me to be finished. They all did a great job with our nails and took extra special care with my babies which goes a long way with me. Tracy was extremely nice. She listened to my requests and fulfilled them with no problem. We also had great conversation that was not forced or uncomfortable like some can be. The black woman(I'm so sorry I didn't get her name) did a great job on my oldest nails and she was/is in love with her nails. All around it was a great experience and I already booked my next appt so I'll be back for sure!! I may even get a Pedi on this go round. Thanks again for your great service and hospitality!!
An excellent experience! We never have to wait and everyone is so kind. I enjoy that they try to keep the noise down and have only instrumentals playing. I appreciate that they verify everything with you. I never worry that I didn't get everything I paid for and it always seems I got more than I expected. Thanks to Mary, Tom and CJ for making our experience awesome!
Paid too much for a COLOR change. Went back to get my nails fixed and they started taking people who came in after me. Zero out of 5 stars. Would NOT recommend. Definitely overrated and not providing quality service!!!! This is after a few HOURS.
Very busy and big staff so walking in can feel overwhelming, but you will be greeted through the crowd. Nice people, good drink options! But they accidentally put glow in the dark clear top coat and my SNS was too thin and cracked within one day and I don’t have time to go back and get it fixed 😔 …
This is 2nd times for me to do gel nail and very good. The staff working very good and Treng make this for me for 2 times. The place is clean. All staff take very good care.. I will going back here again for sure. I love it.
Had a great experience last night 12/22/23. My pedicure was done by Kim who is EXCELLENT. She was so thorough, gentle and kind. I highly recommend Micheal as well. He done an EXCELLENT job on my set of nails. He as well was thorough, gentle and kind. They both knew their jobs and what to do. My wait time was nil and I was finished pretty quickly. Daniel was excellent! My pedicure was lovely & relaxing. My husband & I moved a little farther out for our jobs but I still come back to French Nails & Spa. Their service is excellent! The atmosphere is soothing & clean & they play very nice soft music. Everyone is very nice there. It’s worth the drive.
Moved to this area a few months ago and this is the best nail salon. It is very professional, clean, bright, welcoming and relaxing environment. Tiffany is an amazing technician! She is attentive to my spa needs, quick yet careful to details. Her foot massage technique is awesome. I love my pedicures! I am a newer customer that happens to get Tiffany each time I visit and she always remembers me and what I need. Thank you so much for outstanding service!
